About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Motion Designer to elevate the visual storytelling for original content and brand promotions. You will be at the forefront of crafting captivating motion graphics and animations, translating creative concepts into stunning visuals that resonate with global audiences. What You'll Do



  • Visually communicate the brand aesthetics for video and digital marketing content, including trailers, TV spots, sizzles, brand promos, and social pieces.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to execute engaging design and motion that effectively conveys the tone and message of original content and the brand.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all creative assets by working closely with project and production management.
  • Transform project goals into compelling creative magic that positions the streaming platform and original content vision for consumers, marketing partners, and internal audiences.
  • Maintain consistency across all motion graphic designs, adhering to established brand guidelines.
  • Strive for creative excellence and innovation to enhance project profiles, strengthen the company brand, and foster team spirit.
  • Partner with editors, creative directors, producers, and project managers to estimate and manage project budgets and schedules.


Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design within the streaming, film, or television marketing industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in design and animation software and technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with 3D software such as Maya and/or Cinema 4D.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work for a streaming service or agency, emphasizing entertainment experience (television, multi-title brand work).
  • Exceptional style frames and typography skills, with experience in creating toolkits.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Mac operating systems and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and thrive under changing priorities, deadlines, and daily time constraints.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in designing and creating multiple campaigns for both print and on-air.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Current knowledge of AI tooling and applications for motion graphic design.
  • Experience leading creative development from concept to delivery.
  • Experience navigating complex internal and external creative partnerships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
