Join us and be the driving force behind the successful planning, execution, and delivery of social-first creative across a diverse portfolio of brands and emerging growth businesses, ensuring every campaign makes a significant impact on how innovation is experienced globally.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, supporting a leading technology brand. In this pivotal role, you will be the operational lead for the Social Creative team, championing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of social-first creative. You'll partner closely with creative leadership, the creative team, the Social organization, and various cross-functional stakeholders. Your expertise in project management, production, and creative workflow will be essential in keeping teams aligned, removing obstacles, and moving projects efficiently from concept to launch, ensuring every campaign makes a significant impact.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the operational lead for the Social Creative team, expertly managing workflows, timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee projects from initial intake through final delivery, fostering alignment across creative, social, brand, media, PR, production, and external agency partners.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, milestone schedules, review processes, approval workflows, and delivery calendars.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and resource needs, addressing them swiftly to keep all work on track and within scope.
  • Provide critical support for production planning and execution across various initiatives, including campaigns, social content, creator programs, and recurring content efforts.
  • Champion continuous improvement by refining team processes, enhancing communication, and implementing operational best practices that empower creative excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a producer, project manager, or creative operations professional within agency, studio, social, or content environments.
  • A strong understanding of creative development processes, production workflows, and the nuances of social content creation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in fast-paced settings.
  • A proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and skillfully drives alignment across diverse teams.
  • An excellent communicator capable of building trust and fostering strong relationships with both creative and business stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and genuinely energized by the opportunity to help teams achieve their best work.

Impact You'll Make

In this role, your success will directly empower creative teams to focus more on innovation and less on process management. You will ensure projects progress efficiently from brief to launch, characterized by clear ownership, well-defined timelines, and accountability. All stakeholders will have clear visibility into priorities, project status, and upcoming steps, with potential risks and blockers identified and resolved proactively, minimizing disruptions. Your efforts will optimize team resources and workloads, enhancing productivity and well-being. Ultimately, the Social Creative team will be recognized for both its outstanding creative output and its unwavering operational reliability, making a tangible difference in how a leading technology brand connects with its audience.
