Overview

Pay: 190,000 to $210,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a 25% bonus

Remote/Travel: Work from home (hybrid is an option if you're near Dallas, TX) and travel only rarely

As Senior Director of Finance Systems & Transformation, you'll be the mastermind behind the tech, strategy, and data governance that keep our enterprise Oracle EPM platform running well. You'll partner closely with our FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury leaders to turn big-picture business needs into smart, automated reporting solutions, all while coaching a high-performing team. What You Need to Know

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategy, governance, and administration of AccentCare's Oracle EPM applications (Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close, Enterprise Data Management) and enterprise financial systems
  • Evolve financial data governance, chart of accounts, cost centers, and hierarchies across all financial systems
  • Lead financial systems report development and automate finance processes to deliver more efficient, accurate data
  • Evaluate, select, and roll out new financial tools and integrations, serving as a key leader for ERP/EPM implementations
  • Direct, develop, and mentor a team of finance systems professionals through hiring, training, and ongoing management
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury leaders to translate business requirements into system designs and solutions
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, including design documents, test documentation, training materials and procedural guides
  • Coordinate between technical/IT units, business partners, and system integrators to prioritize new functionality
  • Support close cycles (month-end, year-end) and budget and forecast processes as needed while producing clear technical designs, test plans, procedural guides, and user training
  • Participate in other projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 6-10+ years of progressive experience in financial systems administration, FP&A, or accounting/finance operations
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior people-management and direct team-leadership experience
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise planning/consolidation platforms, specifically Oracle EPM (Planning, FCCS, EDM)
  • Deep understanding of Essbase/OLAP database concepts (dimensions, hierarchies, calculations, aggregations) and general ledger data structures
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting preferred
  • Proficiency with SQL preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
  • Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation
