How will you power what's possible? Job Summary
Location: Atlanta Battery or Carrollton HQ Apply in-depth knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and talent analytics to support the execution of the organization's talent strategy. Partners with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Expertise to identify talent needs, assess organizational capability, and implement programs that strengthen leadership pipelines, employee development, engagement, and business performance. Works independently with minimal guidance and serves as a key resource for talent initiatives, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement across the talent lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
Facilitates talent reviews, succession planning, organizational capability assessments, and other enterprise talent initiatives across assigned functions. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree Specialized Degree: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field 5-7 Years Experience Field(s) of Expertise: Talent management, succession planning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, workforce planning, or related People & Culture functions Preferred Education & Experience
Master's degree Specialized Degree: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, MBA, or related field 8-11 Years Experience Field(s) of Expertise: Experience supporting enterprise talent strategy, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning initiatives within a complex, multi-site organization. Certificates/Licenses: SHRM-SCP Spans of Control
