Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified. Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position. Experience Requirements Previous customer service experience preferred Experience working with patients, visitors, or the public is a plus Experience assisting individuals with disabilities preferred Job Duties Assist patients and visitors with parking when entering parking facilities Maintain control and organization of parking areas Transport patients with disabilities between parking locations and clinics or hospitals Provide directions and information to patients and visitors Keep accurate daily logbooks and parking records Monitor access points and report issues as needed Deliver excellent customer service in a healthcare environment Physical Capabilities Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to assist patients with mobility needs Ability to lift, push, or pull light equipment when needed Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
