Master's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical quality, data analysis, or performance improvement in a healthcare setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic, SQL, Tableau, Excel, and statistical analysis tools preferred. Certifications: CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
