Description

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an energetic and hands-on PM Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aloft Oklahoma City Quail Springs. This hourly leadership position plays an important role in supporting daily hotel operations during the evening shift, assisting our associates, and ensuring our guests receive a welcoming and memorable experience.

The PM Operations Supervisor will serve as a visible leader throughout the hotel, supporting Front Desk operations, responding to guest needs, assisting with operational issues, and working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and successful evening operation.

The ideal candidate is a dependable, service-focused hospitality professional who enjoys working directly with guests and associates, can confidently handle guest concerns, and is comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Essential Job Functions



  • Serve as a visible leader during the PM shift and help ensure smooth daily hotel operations.
  • Support Front Desk operations, including guest arrivals, departures, requests, and general service needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to associates working during the evening shift.
  • Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues promptly, professionally, and with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Assist associates during busy periods and provide hands-on operational support as needed.
  • Monitor hotel activity and communicate important information to appropriate departments and leadership.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to address guest and operational needs.
  • Ensure associates follow hotel procedures, service standards, and brand expectations.
  • Assist with training and coaching associates to strengthen service and operational performance.
  • Monitor the hotel's public areas and overall guest experience throughout the shift.
  • Assist with safety, security, and emergency procedures when necessary.
  • Complete shift reports and communicate relevant information to hotel leadership and the next shift.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for guests and associates.
  • Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities



  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Front Desk or hotel operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to confidently handle guest concerns and operational issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and support associates in a positive and professional manner.
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
  • Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Must be available to work PM shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
