We are seeking a Digital Financial Planning & Analysis Director. This role leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities for the Digital service line. The position serves as a trusted advisor to Digital and Firm leadership by providing financial insights that support growth initiatives, technology investments, operational performance, and long-term business strategy. They drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting capabilities, and data analytics while helping shape strategic decisions that impact the Digital business.

Essential Job Functions

The below functions reflect the general details of the essential work activities and accountabilities of this position and are not all inclusive. Other activities may be assigned.

Financial Planning & Strategy

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the Digital service line.
  • Develop and maintain strategic financial models that support growth initiatives, investment decisions, pricing strategies, and resource planning.
  • Evaluate business opportunities through scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment return assessments.
  • Partner with Digital leadership to establish financial targets, resource allocation strategies, and performance objectives.
  • Provide recommendations regarding strategic investments, emerging technologies, and business expansion opportunities.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

  • Lead financial performance reviews and provide insights regarding revenue, profitability, utilization, investments, and operational efficiency.
  • Present financial results, forecasts, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards and performance measures that drive accountability and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify emerging trends and proactively recommend actions to improve business performance.

Business Partnering:

  • Serve as the primary finance advisor to Digital leadership.
  • Influence business decisions through analysis of financial and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with technology, product, operations, and finance leaders to align financial plans with strategic priorities.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, product investments, and business transformation initiatives when applicable.
  • Communicate financial risks, opportunities, and recommendations to leadership teams.

Data Management & Analytics:

  • Lead development of advanced analytics, predictive forecasting models, and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Champion data governance initiatives and promote data-driven decision-making throughout the Digital organization.
  • Oversee development of KPI frameworks and metrics that measure business performance and strategic success.
  • Process Improvement & Process Development:
  • Lead initiatives that improve planning accuracy, reporting efficiency, data quality, and business performance.
  • Drive adoption of automation, AI-enabled solutions, and advanced analytical tools.
  • Establish best practices and governance standards for financial planning and performance reporting.
  • Stay current on Digital industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance profitability, scalability, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

Experience

  • 10 years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting for complex client environments preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

  • None required.
