It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. The Assistant Dean for Resource Management and Chief of Staff, serves as the senior administrative leader responsible for financial, operational, human resource, academic support, and facilities management functions within the School of Engineering. Working in close partnership with the Dean, faculty leadership, and campus administrative units, the incumbent provides strategic oversight, long-range planning, and operational management to ensure the School's resources are aligned with its academic, research, and student success priorities. This position has broad authority to develop and implement policies, manage human and financial resources, and direct key operational units, supporting the School's mission and growth objectives.
