Material Handler, Recycling Operations

• Deliver and retrieve recycling bins throughout the facility; sort, stage, and prepare shipments for offsite transport
• Stock and organize orbit bin inventory to maintain efficient operations
• Safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, and flatbed carts
• Assist with loading and unloading materials onto vehicles, trailers, pallets, conveyor systems, balers, or load gratings
• Assemble crates and containers; palletize, wrap, load, and move materials securely for transport
• Maintain staging areas in an organized and efficient manner
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while maintaining exemplary attendance and punctuality

• Previous experience in material handling within a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment preferred
• Ability to operate safety-sensitive heavy equipment including forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, and flatbed carts
• Successful completion of hands-on forklift certification during onboarding with ongoing maintenance of certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Flexibility with scheduling including availability for overtime, nights, and weekends as business needs evolve
