What You'll Do
        

        
Represent Mr. Rogers Windows at local neighborhoods, retail locations, and community events
        
Meet and engage with homeowners in a friendly, professional way
        
Create interest in our home improvement products and services
        
Work with an experienced team that will train and support you
        
Help generate quality opportunities for our sales team
        
What You'll Need
        

        
Valid driver's license
        
Reliable transportation
        
Comfortable working outdoors and in different locations
        
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
        
Friendly, confident personality and comfortable talking with new people
        
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
        
Dependable and motivated to succeed
        
Pay & Growth
        

        
$17.50/hour starting pay
        
$130/day guaranteed based on a full-day schedule
        
With bonuses, earn up to $230/day
        
Eligible for promotion to $20/hour after 30 days
        
Bonus opportunities with $50,000-$60,000 annual earning potential
