Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Monday - Friday 8a-5p; scheduled hours may very within this timeframe; one day until 6p, Fridays off at 4p. You will work at UW Health N. Main St. Clinic 2601 N Main St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree Required
Work Experience
  • At least two years of experience providing clinical services in mental health. Required
  • At least two years experience in individual and/or group casework. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • LCSW license or LCPC. Required
  • Current license from the State of Illinois. Required
  • Valid State driver's license and proof of liability insurance. Required
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
