ChristianaCare's Primary Care at Linden Hill is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse II to deliver high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care. This role is responsible for achieving optimal patient outcomes through both independent practice and collaborative teamwork within the clinical setting. The Registered Nurse II will apply the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, contributing as a trusted and integral member of the healthcare team. Primary Care at Linden Hill is a well-established, team-based primary care practice staffed by three Physicians, and three Nurse Practitioners. The clinical team is supported by four Registered Nurses and five Medical Assistants, while two Medical Office Assistants provide administrative and patient support services. Together, this multidisciplinary team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, high-quality patient care in a collaborative and efficient healthcare environment. Regional Coverage As part of our Regional Strategy, this RN position will follow a rotating schedule and provide coverage across our Primary Care practices at Lantana, Linden Hill, and Limestone.
