Job Title Client Enablement Oversight Associate Corporate Title Associate Location New York, NY Overview Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) Client Enablement is a function sitting within the broader FIC Chief Operating Officer (COO) Group and plays a key role in driving the strategic revenue and growth initiatives of the Institutional Client Group. Specifically, it aims to deliver:
You'll perform a client-facing role covering several of the Institutional Client Group's (ICG's) highest priority clients. You'll be responsible for managing their funds onboarding pipeline with them proactively; organizing and coordinating functional inputs to the internal process - (across Credit, Legal, Onboarding Case Management etc.) and face off directly to the key relationship managers in ICG. This will be a key area of strategic development in the short to medium term as ICG looks to establish a competitive edge that can drive deepened client relationships and revenue growth. You'll be responsible for setting up structured reporting and tracking from which ICG can monitor its functional performance with key clients with a view to tracking and affecting client experience trends. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
