Position Summary Meitheal Pharmaceuticals is an emerging biopharmaceutical company building a differentiated portfolio of biosimilars, insulin franchises, and specialty biologics for the U.S. market. We are at an inflection point, transitioning from early commercialization to scaled market access operations, and this role will be central to that growth. The Senior Director, National Accounts will be responsible for securing and expanding access for Meitheal's current commercial products and a growing pipeline of biosimilars, insulins, specialty biologics, and branded therapeutics across all relevant customer verticals. This individual will own the payer/PBM account relationships required to ensure Meitheal's products reach patients, regardless of whether access is gated by a formulary committee, a medical policy, a contract, or a purchasing decision. This is not a maintenance role. It is a build-and-scale opportunity. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and executing Meitheal's market access strategy, establishing the processes, partnerships, contracting frameworks, and operating playbooks that will support the company's growth for years to come. Success in this role will require both strategic leadership and an established industry network. The successful candidate will possess deep, current relationships with executive decision-makers across payer, PBM, and other key healthcare stakeholder organizations. We are seeking a professional whose reputation, industry standing, and credibility enable rapid engagement of decisionmakers and acceleration of commercial and market access objectives. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a track record of building market access capabilities, translating strategic relationships into tangible business results, and driving growth in complex healthcare environments.
