• Assist with the closing of the Nebraska office
• Scan paper files and upload to appropriate
• Create and maintain electronic files
• Update customer database

• Knowledge of basic office administration
• Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs
• Effective time management and decision making skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Diligent follow-up skills

• High School graduate or equivalent experience,
• 0-2 years of directly related proven experience.

The base pay range for this position is $20/hr.
