Position Title: Production Packaging & Palletizing Associate
Wage: $16.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Production Packaging & Palletizing Associate for a company in Monticello, IA. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift. Production Packaging & Palletizing Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Package finished snow shovels and prepare products for shipment - Palletize boxed products and properly stack completed orders - Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials - Lift and handle products weighing up to 50 pounds approximately 25 times per hour - Inspect products and packaging for obvious damage or quality concerns - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - Assist with snow shovel assembly and other production duties as needed Production Packaging & Palletizing Associate Requirements: - No previous manufacturing experience required - Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds - Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, carry, and stack throughout the shift - Dependable attendance and punctuality - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions - Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment - Willingness to cross-train and assist in other areas as needed QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
