Job Summary:
The
Seasonal Holiday Magic Makeris at the heart of Ambius seasonal transformation. In this role, you will execute all stages of holiday decor production from prepping, lighting, and decorating high-end trees, wreaths, and garlands to staging custom visual elements in our warehouse. Working from detailed design specs, you will ensure every arrangement meets Ambius's high standards of quality, safety, and visual elegance.
Beyond warehouse staging and display assembly, this hands-on role collaborates with our design and sales teams to construct custom mock-ups and marketing samples that showcase seasonal concepts to clients. As a key partner in our holiday execution, you will help maintain an organized, safe warehouse environment and support the seamless roll out of displays that delight our commercial clients throughout the holiday season.

Key Performance Indicators

  • To foster a culture of a safe work environment and work safely

  • Consistent and on time completion of all holiday production

  • Clean and organize holiday storage in warehouse throughout the year in preparation for the holiday season

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Adhere to holiday designs production and schedules including nights and weekends when required

  • Follow design instruction and schedule outlined by the holiday supervisor/managers

  • Ensure lights are in good working order in all holiday decor

  • Decorate trees, garland, wreaths etc. according to design outline

  • Receive inventory and label/organize within the warehouse

  • Work in a safe, clean and organized fashion

  • Moving holiday product, standing for long periods of time, bending and lifting

  • Ensure customer satisfaction

  • Comply with all Health and Safety requirements

  • Conduct health and safety audits of each employee to ensure work is in accordance with the safety policies of the company and other government regulatory agencies

  • Ensure that written health and safety procedures for each job task are up to date and available to include any potential health and safety risk in site specific areas

  • Attend any required Health & Safety meetings or training sessions

  • Ability to work inside and outside the warehouse dependent on business needs

CANDIDATE SUMMARY

Required Experience

  • Prior experience not required, experience in holiday design or equivalent preferred

Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and follow direction

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong time management skills

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Base Pay RangeHourly: $18.00 - $25.00

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
