Temple University's Institutional Advancement Department is searching for a Coordinator, Digital Communications! Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 Position Summary The Coordinator will adhere to a set of department-wide standard operating procedures (SOPs) to fulfill all incoming digital communications requests coming in from school / college / unit partners, including online event registration pages, website edits, webpage builds, custom giving forms, report requests and more leveraging the Monday.com project management platform. The incumbent will also assist with campaign site builds and tactical digital plans for Temple IA's signature events and initiatives, including Homecoming & Family Weekend, Temple Made Days, Temple Giving Days, and more. The successful candidate will be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. He/she will have the ability to prioritize tasks, meet aggressive deadlines, multitask, communicate effectively with all internal and external constituents, follow existing SOPs and make recommendations to processes for improved collaboration and efficiency, and work independently and in a collaborative team environment. He/she should also be tech-savvy and able to work in multiple best-in-class digital systems.
