About the Role As a key member of our executive team you will spearhead strategic initiatives across markets, brands, and functions. Your expertise will enable seamless integrations, operational improvements, and innovative solutions, all while collaborating with senior stakeholders to unlock value and accelerate growth. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 5-8+ years in management consulting, strategy & transformation, or high-intensity business environments Proven ability to structure complex problems, influence senior stakeholders, and lead initiatives end-to-end Experience with M&A integration, multi-unit operations, or platform environments is advantageous Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous settings Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for strategic work is a plus Nice-to-Have Skills Prior exposure to hospitality, travel, or private equity sectors Fluency in deploying innovative operating models and process improvements Ability to balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or similar qualification is highly preferred Minimum of 5 years in strategy, management consulting, or operational leadership roles Experience driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives Additional Requirements Willingness to travel approximately 25-35% to support integration and strategic initiatives Passion for building and scaling innovative platforms with high ownership and impact mindset If you're ready to lead transformative change at an exciting, fast-growing company and want to make a meaningful impact in the travel and hospitality industry, we invite you to apply now.
