What You'll Do



  • Support the execution of communications programs across various categories, including Training, Running, and Sportswear.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for media experiences, ensuring precision and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate product seeding efforts and organize seasonal product previews.
  • Support media events, workouts, runs, and athlete- or community-led experiences.
  • Engage with an ecosystem of media and earned creators, fostering strong relationships.
  • Contribute to shaping memorable experiences for media and creators, enhancing brand presence and engagement.


What You'll Bring (Must-Have)



  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in communications, public relations, events, marketing, or related functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or any combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of a major metropolitan area's sports, cultural, media, and creator landscape.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and logistics simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting media relations, event execution, product launches, and creator engagement programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media, creators, agencies, and cross-functional partners.
  • Passion for sport and enthusiasm for products and athlete storytelling within a leading global brand.
  • Proficiency in Keynote and Excel.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and personable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while navigating ambiguity across a global matrix organization.
