How You'll Make an Impact

As an HR Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership while helping create an engaged, high-performing workforce.

In this role, you will:

* Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
* Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
* Lead workplace investigations and resolve employee concerns with fairness, consistency, and confidentiality.
* Drive employee engagement through recognition, communication, and culture initiatives.
* Lead full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.
* Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to improve hiring, retention, and engagement.
* Support compensation, talent management, succession planning, and organizational planning.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

What You Need to Succeed

We're looking for someone who combines strong HR expertise with a genuine passion for people.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* Five to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience
* Manufacturing or operations HR experience preferred
* Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
* Demonstrated success coaching leaders through complex people situations
* Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
* Experience using HR metrics and workforce data to support business decisions
