The Department of Finance and Economics at Rutgers Business School-Newark and New Brunswick, Rutgers University, is seeking a full-time, non-tenure-track faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, subject to funding availability. Candidates must possess a master's degree or higher in Finance, Economics. Candidates must be dedicated to providing high-quality instruction and engaging in independent scholarly and/or professional activities appropriate for advancement at Rutgers University. Responsibilities also include service to the department and the university, as well as a willingness to assume administrative responsibilities.

Applicants must have an advanced degree (Masters level or above) in business, Finance and/or Economics. Applicants should have a substantial experience as practitioners and /or have a track record of effective teaching in a wide variety of finance and economics courses. |

| Overview |
The Finance & Economics Department at Rutgers Business School-Newark and New Brunswick comprises a large faculty of scholars and professional faculty whose teaching and research span finance, economics, and related fields. The department supports a range of academic programs, including undergraduate finance programs, the
MBA in Finance, the Master of Quantitative Finance, the Master of Financial Analysis, and the Ph.D. in Management with a Finance concentration. The department also has connections to the Business of Fashion programs and other interdisciplinary areas.
The Department is home to and associated with several research centers, including the Whitcomb Center for Research in Financial Services and the Center for Real Estate.
Rutgers Business School operates across its Newark and New Brunswick campuses, and faculty may be expected to teach at either location based on departmental and program needs. |

Faculty member are expected to teach on both Newark and New Brunswick campuses, if needed. The location of office will be negotiated with
RBS Dean and Department Chair. |
