Compensation Range: $26.17 - $33.10 Job Title: Press Brake Set-Up / Operator Location:Amesbury, MA Company: Munters Corporation Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Salary:$26.17 - $33.10/hour Build Precision Parts with Munters Munters is looking for an experienced Press Brake Set-Up / Operator to join our fabrication team. In this role, you will set up and operate Amada press brake equipment to produce high-quality sheet metal parts based on engineering drawings, quality standards, and production schedules. This is a great opportunity for a skilled operator who takes pride in precision work, enjoys solving production challenges, and wants a consistent four-day work schedule. What You'll Do Set up and operate Amada press brake machines Select tooling and program machine settings Read blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions Bend and form sheet metal parts to required tolerances Inspect completed parts using calipers, protractors, and other measuring tools Record production information and maintain setup documentation Perform routine equipment maintenance Work with supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve production issues Help train or mentor junior operators when needed Maintain a clean and safe work area What You'll Bring At least four years of experience setting up and operating Amada or similar CNC press brakes Experience with equipment such as RG, HFE, HD NT, or HRB series is preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of sheet metal Experience using precision measuring instruments and gauges Basic CNC programming or machine-control knowledge is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Vacation and paid time off 401(k) plan with employer matching Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Company-sponsored events and team-building activities State-of-the-art equipment and tools About Munters Munters is a global leader in climate solutions for mission-critical processes.
