Technical Manager (IT)

We are seeking an experienced hands on Technical Manager to lead our team through new, complex integration projects. The ideal candidate balances strong leadership skills with deep technical knowledge, acting as a collaborative bridge between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders. You should be a hands-on leader who thrives in an Agile environment and is always open to learning new ideas.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor an engineering team to successfully navigate and deliver new software integration projects.

Technical Communication: Translate complex technical solutions into clear, understandable concepts for non-technical partners.

Hands-on Support: Act as a "hands-on" leader who is willing to dive into the technical details alongside the team when needed.

Process Oversight: Ensure smooth execution across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Candidates should have 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally 10+ years, with a strong technical background and management experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Background: Proven knowledge of coding, web architecture, C#, and Python.

Project Management: Practical experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a strong, collaborative team-player mindset.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Industry experience within the utility sector.

Prior hands-on history or familiarity with OneTrust.
