School of Medicine Dean's Office Job Description
Under the direction of the School of Medicine Facilities Manager, the CSM Professional I - Facilities Operations provides professional facilities management and operational support for School of Medicine-owned and leased buildings. This position assists in maintaining safe, compliant, and functional facilities that support the School's missions of research, medical education, and clinical training. The CSM Professional I contributes to the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and coordination of building systems, infrastructure, research support equipment, and facility improvement projects. The position works collaboratively with faculty, researchers, staff, contractors, and University Facilities personnel to ensure building systems remain reliable and operational while supporting ongoing research and educational activities. The Facilities Manager provides oversight and final authority for major operational decisions, capital projects, and institutional commitments. Monday - Friday Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Anticipated Hiring Range
