KI is looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our Installation team! This position facilitates the go back/punch list process from initial installation paperwork to final completion of the project. This includes assisting the Regional Managers in day-to-day operations, processing daily paperwork verbally or written, ordering of replacement product, tracking orders, scheduling of go backs and working with Factory managers, Project managers and customers to complete their projects. This role may also provide administrative support to the KI/OEI Division Installation Manager.


Responsibilities



  • Provide labor and product quotes.
  • Create return trips PO's (authorization) for vendors.
  • Assist Factory and Project Managers with creation of Unicor factory product orders.
  • Verify accuracy of SAP/BPCS entries for replacement orders.
  • Verify correct part numbers and quantities against BOM and Truck Packing list.
  • Maintain accurate records of current go-backs and status including weekly updates to BPCS Z Report.
  • Create product specials.
  • Assist space planning in developing cost effective solutions for space planning errors including layout changes and product specification errors.


What you Need to Succeed



  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service, administrative or related experience.
  • Must have excellent computer skills including BPCS, Tenrox, Salesforce and Excel.
  • Must have an understanding/knowledge of floor plans and blueprints.
  • Comprehension of the installation process from start to finish.
