Description and Requirements
About the Role
Lenovo is seeking an experienced AI/HPC Product Line Manager to lead worldwide product commercialization, for its AI and High Performance Computing portfolio. This highly visible role combines deep technical expertise in AI infrastructure with strong business, pricing, and go-to-market leadership to drive growth across a rapidly evolving market.
The successful candidate will partner closely with offering group, sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, channel teams, and strategic technology partners to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions that address customer needs and create differentiated business value.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Own worldwide product line management go-to-market for the AI and HPC portfolio.
  2. Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and customer adoption through effective go-to-market and portfolio strategies.
  3. Lead product line performance reviews, identify gaps against targets, and drive cross-functional actions to achieve financial objectives.
  4. Define product requirements and roadmap priorities based on customer needs, market trends, competitive insights, and technology evolution.
  5. Provide pricing input, balancing competitiveness, profitability, growth, and win rates.
  6. Partner with supply chain and operations teams to manage product availability, inventory risks, and market transitions.
  7. Develop channel strategies that improve partner engagement, productivity, and market penetration.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert in AI and HPC infrastructure, including accelerated computing, storage, networking, and clustered systems.
  9. Build and maintain strategic relationships with NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Broadcom, and other key technology partners.
  10. Enable sales teams and engage directly with customers to support strategic opportunities, technical discussions, and business growth.
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, solutions architecture, technical sales, business development, or related roles within AI and HPC infrastructure.
  • Proven experience bringing complex technology products to market and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of AI and HPC architectures, GPU computing, AI training and inference, and large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • Significant experience with NVIDIA accelerated computing platforms and technologies.
  • Working knowledge of the broader AI/HPC ecosystem, including compute, networking, storage, software, orchestration, and workload frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise customers, solution architects, systems engineers, channel partners, and technical sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to balance technical requirements, customer needs, revenue goals, and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with large-scale AI/HPC clusters and data center deployments.
  • Experience with NVIDIA DGX, HGX, MGX, CUDA, PyTorch, or related AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of NVIDIA networking and high-speed fabric architectures.
  • Experience with AI infrastructure deployment, orchestration, benchmarking, and management.
  • Experience supporting hyperscalers, cloud service providers, research institutions, or large enterprise customers.
  • Experience developing reference architectures and strategic technology partnerships.
  • Experience managing global product portfolios.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable whiteboarding an AI/HPC architecture with engineers, influencing product direction with technology partners, developing competitive portfolio strategies, and presenting the business value of AI infrastructure solutions to executive-level customers.
