Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position, scheduled Monday through Friday. 4/8/10 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Pay: This position may be eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). Be part of something remarkable Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to split their time between collaborative care and inpatient psychiatry. Responsibilities are as follows: Primary/Collaborative care Collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced environment. Work as a team with the primary care staff and team psychiatrist helping deliver brief interventions for adult patients, in Primary Care. Provide short, but intense follow-up. Use outcome-based models to track patient improvement. Inpatient Psychiatry Evaluate patients with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Collaborate with the patient and multi-disciplinary team on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and psychologists in group therapy program development. Provide individual and group psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice with a focus on crisis stabilization.
