A day in the life:

The primary focus of this role will be to support the organization's talent acquisition needs by sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for assigned positions. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and deliver a positive candidate experience while meeting the organization's hiring goals



What you'll do as an Exceptional Team Member

    Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with Corporate and Regional Human Resources teams and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates while maintaining a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Provide weekly recruitment status reports to leadership, including updates on filled, pending, in-process, and posted requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within iCIMS.
  • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Support additional Human Resources initiatives and perform other HR-related duties as assigned.


What you'll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member

  • Minimum of two years of recent experience managing high-volume, fast-paced recruitment for a large, multi-location organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with the iCIMS Talent Platform, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of leading job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting and sourcing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions while meeting established hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and proactive self-starter with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
