Position Overview:



  • Set up, run, and maintain machinery that stitches quality box sections.


Responsibilities:



  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Set up, adjust, and operate the stitcher machine to assemble box sections.
  • Load the machine with the correct materials.
  • Teamwork effort and involvement to meet all production goals.
  • Monitor the stitchers operation and ensure finished boxes meet size and quality.
  • Check raw materials per job instructions.
  • Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Perform quality check as needed.
  • Ensures line clearance functions have been performed before the start-up of the next order.
  • Maintain consistent production output and quality standards.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to meet the job requirements with or without accommodation.
  • Accurately read a measuring tape and ruler.
  • Use basic shop math.
  • Learn and follow instructions. Work effectively as a team member.
