Coke Florida is looking for a Plant Control Specialist based out of our Jacksonville location. We're currently looking for 1st shift, working Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm.


What You Will Do:


Primary focus of this role is to build and steward an integrated operational plan for cold drink equipment that support the commercial strategy of Coke Florida. The plan will include the entire lifecycle of equipment that enable Coke Florida to have the right equipment in the right place with the right products for the right customers so we can deliver the best consumer experience with our cold beverages


Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Liaison across functions to develop and operationalize an integrated equipment planning process. This would include the commercial demand that drives the equipment needs both remanufactured or purchased to development of capacity planning and delivery of the right mix of equipment to support commercial needs.
  • Engages with the finance team on the capital needs and flow of equipment purchases in conjunction with any funding opportunities that may be available to Coke Florida.
  • Build the structure and integrate into standing routines that will allow for visibility of equipment performance metrics and what actions we need to take to improve equipment placements, performance and utilization.
  • Provide thought leadership on equipment effectiveness such equipment rationalization, definition of measures of success, equipment innovation, etc.
  • Improve the business acumen of the organization as it relates to cold merchandising equipment inclusive of unattended retail equipment.
  • Provide support in new business processes and capabilities that leverages equipment to improve it's operational and economic outcomes.
  • Develop/implement key success metrics and scorecard
  • Champion innovation initiatives like IoT application in our equipment placements to improve our customer experience and service levels.
  • All other assigned tasks in support of the organizational objectives



For this role, you will need:



  • Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or finance
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, Master's a plus
  • Previous entrepreneurial and/or operational business experience highly valued
  • Previous experience with ERP applications is ideal
  • Some project management experience preferred
  • Previous Consumer Packaged Goods experience



Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in this role:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Data visualization application competence ie.Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Possess working knowledge of project management tools
