Position Title: Assembly
Wage: $17.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5:00am-3:00pm QPS Employment Group is hiring for an Assembly role for a company in Whitewater, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift. Assembly Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Manufacture and assemble circuit boards per company specifications and quality standards - Ensure all products meet established quality and performance requirements - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Work on assembly lines assembling various electronic components and products - Perform soldering of electronic components onto circuit boards (required experience) - Use small hand tools and precision equipment - Follow written work instructions, schematics, and supervisor directions - Maintain acceptable quality and productivity levels - Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards Assembly Requirements: - GED or High school diploma required - Previous soldering experience required - Strong hand-eye coordination and excellent manual dexterity - Demonstrated mechanical aptitude - Ability to stand, sit, bend, and twist for the entire shift - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift - Ability to identify electronic components - Ability to complete required safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) training - Strong attendance record and willingness to work required overtime QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
