Join the 2027 FIS University Program!

As a full-time employee in the FIS University Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success.

This two-year full-time program begins 2027 with a series of AI-Enabled Learning Sprints designed to help you accelerate your impact from day one. Through this immersive experience, you will:

  • Learn how to leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve real business challenges and create value in your role.

  • Explore the financial technology industry, gain insight into FIS's business, and understand how innovation is shaping the future of fintech.

  • Engage directly with senior leaders and industry experts to learn about their career journeys, leadership philosophies, and perspectives on the future of work.

  • Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work.

About the team:

You'll join a collaborative marketing team focused on building awareness, generating demand, and strengthening client engagement across financial technology solutions. The team partners closely with sales, product, client success, and digital teams to develop campaigns that connect customer needs with innovative products and services. You'll gain exposure to core marketing disciplines while developing skills in campaign execution, content creation, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration. Success is measured through campaign performance, customer engagement, brand impact, and contribution to business growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

  • Create and coordinate marketing content, including emails, social media posts, presentations, and promotional materials.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and audience needs.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study

  • Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.

  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
