Detailed Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities)
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Onshore
- Located in either Central or East Coast Time Zones (Overland Park or Maitland, would be a plus)
- Advanced knowledge of telecommunications systems, terminology, operational processes, or network-service workflows
- Strong experience with PHP and the Laravel framework
- Experience developing modern frontend applications using Vue.js
- Proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience using Tailwind CSS or a comparable utility-first CSS framework
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, Docker, or containerized application deployment
- Experience modernizing legacy applications or incrementally migrating mature systems
- Experience with network assurance processes for telecommunications (wireless preferred)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
- Experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases, asynchronous processing, caching, and application monitoring
- Familiarity with test automation, including unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Experience supporting high-availability operational tools or systems with strict uptime requirements
- Knowledge of secure software development practices and production observability
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or issue-driven development environments
