This long-term contract position involves coordinating third-party vendors and managing relationship governance. The role requires tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting vendor issue resolution, maintaining a reporting cadence, and ensuring supplier activities align with program needs.

• Oversee vendor management, KPI reporting, and relationship management.
• Facilitate governance and issue escalation processes.
• Maintain awareness of contracts and statements of work (SOW).
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and service performance tracking.
