As a Territory Management Manager at Spectrum, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining balanced sales territories, overseeing account assignments and optimizing market coverage. How You'll Make an Impact Oversee development, maintenance and optimization of Mid-Market and Strategic territories for all applicable sales roles Collaborate with sales leaders to review, refine and plan new territories, engaging daily at multiple levels to drive results Administer territory strategies in alignment with Spectrum's sales rules of engagement, ensuring effective coverage and balanced assignments Audit and review account designations with sales representatives, managing active account assignments and coordinating account merges and associations Generate routine and ad hoc reports that provide analytics and insights on assigned territories to inform decision-making Support strategic planning and sales initiatives using territory optimization software to analyze and implement territory changes Partner with internal stakeholders to improve data integrity and support territory management requests within the sales CRM Working Conditions Office-based environment Some travel as needed What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in sciences, arts, or equivalent Experience 3+ years in sales or business operations 1+ years working with sales CRM systems such as Salesforce or Siebel Skills Ability to read, write and speak English fluently Proficient in Excel and extensive experience with large data sets Strong project management skills Strong relationship management skills Knowledge of CRM systems Working knowledge of U.S. geography and demographics Ability to categorize businesses by enterprise vertical accurately Strong execution on short timeframes and due date-driven projects and monthly deliverables SCH340 2026-82713 SCH340 2026 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
