Temple University's Institutional Advancement Department is searching for an Executive Director of Development, Individual Giving and Campaign Priorities! Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Individual Giving, the Executive Director of Development is a senior frontline fundraiser responsible for securing major and principal gifts in support of Temple University's highest institutional priorities. The Executive Director manages a selective portfolio of high-capacity prospects and executes comprehensive fundraising strategies that align donor interests with initiatives spanning academics, student success, research, and university-wide priorities. Working in close partnership with Deans, academic and administrative leaders, and central advancement teams, the Executive Director translates institutional priorities into compelling philanthropic opportunities and advances measurable progress toward campaign goals. The incumbent plays a key role in pipeline development, donor strategy, and fostering long-term relationships that strengthen Temple's culture of philanthropy. Travel disclosure: This position involves travel throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area and targeted regions across the country to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, engage alumni and stakeholders, and advance the university's fundraising and strategic priorities. Performs other duties as assigned.
