Your Job Molex is seeking a Controls Engineer to support the deployment, startup, and optimization of advanced automation systems at our Naperville, Illinois facility. In this role, you will partner with internal engineering teams, external integrators, suppliers, and customers to deliver safe, reliable, and easy-to-operate manufacturing equipment. You will play a key role in commissioning new automation, supporting operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. Our Team The Printed Circuit Solutions Manufacturing Integration Engineering (PCS MIE) team partners with Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to develop and deploy innovative automation solutions that create value for our customers and improve manufacturing performance. This team supports both new equipment introductions and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. What You Will Do

For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000- $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
