Your Job

We are seeking an Enterprise Digital Experience Architect to provide architectural leadership across the Molex Digital Customer Experience ecosystem and help shape how our digital capabilities evolve as Molex grows.

This role serves as a cross-platform architect across Molex's customer-facing digital landscape, establishing architectural best practices, identifying opportunities for simplification and reuse, and ensuring that individual digital capabilities work together as a coherent enterprise ecosystem.

A major focus of the role will be supporting Molex's growth through acquisition. The architect will lead the digital architecture strategy for bringing acquired businesses, brands, products, content, applications, and customer experiences into the Molex ecosystem-developing repeatable approaches that accelerate integration while preserving business continuity and customer experience.

The successful candidate will combine broad enterprise architecture experience with strong knowledge of modern digital platforms, cloud technologies, APIs, data, identity, search, content, and customer experience architecture. This individual does not need to be the deepest technical expert in every platform; rather, they must be able to understand the complete digital landscape, establish sound architectural patterns, challenge technical approaches, and bring the right platform and engineering experts together to deliver scalable solutions.

This position partners closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Enterprise Architecture, Product Data, Engineering, and IT to ensure Digital CX investments align to a cohesive target-state architecture.

  • Facilitate architecture decisions across individual Digital CX capabilities, ensuring local platform decisions support broader enterprise architecture and customer experience objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify architecture, eliminate redundant capabilities, reduce technical debt, and increase reuse.
  • Champion API-first, composable, event-driven, and cloud-based architecture where appropriate.
  • Partner with platform architects, engineering teams, and Enterprise Architecture to evaluate solution designs and resolve cross-platform architectural challenges.
  • Lead technical due diligence for acquisitions, identifying risks, dependencies, modernization opportunities, and integration complexity.
  • Develop reusable Digital CX acquisition playbooks and architectural patterns that reduce the time and effort required for future acquisitions.
  • Ensure migration strategies appropriately address content, product data, customer identity, authentication, digital assets, SEO equity, analytics, and AI Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
