A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Professional 311 Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00Job Description Shape the Future of How WGU OperatesThe Senior Business Process Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, analyzing, and implementing institutional business processes that support the growth, service level, and cost performance needs of the university's schools and shared services functions. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and ensuring business processes align with institutional strategic goals. The Senior Business Process Engineer identifies opportunities for improvement, develops people, process, and technology solutions, and leads continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Working closely with project and program leaders, finance partners, analytics teams, business stakeholders, and technology professionals, this position drives business process redesign, re-engineering efforts, and the development of future-state operating models that support organizational transformation and student success. The Senior Business Process Engineer plays a key role in the university's largest and most strategic transformation initiatives. *This is an in-office position working at our Corporate Headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. Key Responsibilities
This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including attendance at company summits, conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed. Additional travel may be required to support business needs.
