Department:AcademicDepartment's Website: https://www.clintonschool.uasys.edu Summary of Job Duties:We are seeking applications for a one-year Research Associate experienced in mixed-methods, applied research and program evaluation to join a new and growing evaluation center.Research & Evaluation : Design and implement applied research and evaluation projects for partner organizations Topic areas will primarily be public health focused, but may also include education and economic development Conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis Work with university's Institutional Review Board, as needed Create actionable and utilization-focused client-facing products from research findings, such as reports, executive summaries, and presentations Project Management: Assist with project management, including developing scopes of work and tracking and reporting milestones Mentor and supervise teams of graduate students on evaluation projects Community Engagement Work closely with community partners and clients, understanding that evaluation is done "with", not "to" and the evaluation needs to be rigorous and systematic while also being flexible and supportive to the needs of community partners. Present findings to broad audiences of stakeholders Submit project findings to scholarly academic journals and present at academic conferences Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
