Overview

We are seeking a skilledSenior Software Engineer (Mobile) with expertise in developing cross-platform mobile applications foriOS usingApache Cordova. The ideal candidate will have strong experience inObjective-C, Swift and exposure to front-end frameworks such asReact. You will play a crucial role in building, optimizing, and maintaining hybrid mobile applications while ensuring seamless performance across multiple devices and operating systems.


Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintainhybrid mobile applicationsforiOS
  • Optimize app performance and responsiveness
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve platform-specificcompatibility issues and bugs.
  • Deploy applications to theApple App Store, ensuring compliance with their guidelines.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
  • Maintain proper documentation for development processes, app architecture, and technical specifications.
  • Stay up to date with the latestmobile development trends, and best practices.
  • Proven hands-on experiencein iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
  • Hybrid mobile app development usingApache Cordova
  • Should have experience integrating third party SDK's and developing custom plugins
  • Experience inmobile security best practices.
  • Working knowledge inHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
  • Experience integratingCordova pluginsfor native features such as Camera, GPS, File System, and Notifications.
  • Experience withmobile debugging tools, performance optimization, and cross-platform compatibility
  • Strong knowledge ofApp Store deployment processes
  • Understanding ofApple Push Notification Services
  • Experience withGit version control, Agile methodologies (JIRA etc.), and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Qualifications:
Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 8 years' experience in Software application development and maintenance

  • Experience with authentication, multi-factor authentication is a plus
  • Experience withIonic Framework.
  • A good understanding of micro-front-end architecture
  • Knowledge ofProgressive Web Apps (PWAs)
  • Familiarity withcloud services like AWS, Azure, or Firebase.
  • Experience withReact Native or Flutteris a plus.
