The USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, Tele-behavioral Health Clinic is seeking to hire a Social Worker to join its dynamic clinical team for its Trauma Recovery Center (TRC). The TRC will provide outreach and services to victims of a wide range of crimes aged young through older adults. Services offered include evidence based and evidence informed mental health services and support services. The TRC Social Worker will report to the Clinical Manager and will hold a critical role in providing high quality clinical services to clients. Candidate should have experience in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and external systems. Demonstrate the ability to utilize an integrated care approach in assessment, treatment, planning, and intervention. Candidate is required to have a current California driver's license. This is a hybrid position and will be required to see some clients on the University Park campus and in the community dependent on client need. Ideal candidate must be a fast learner, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent critical thinking skills, be detail oriented and have the ability to work in a very fast paced, high demand, and constantly changing environment. They should have experience in providing excellent customer service to various stakeholders and different levels of management in a clinical setting. In addition, that candidate must have a strong work ethic and advanced technological and analytical skills. Ideally, candidates should have experience in providing clinical services via virtual modalities and some training in evidence-based practices. Strongly preferred fluent (verbal and written communication) in Spanish. This is a 100% full-time, grant-funded, fixed-term, fully in-person position through June 30, 2028. The annual rate range for this position is $82,106.96.
