Summary:

The CACMAT Team Manager shall be responsible for the supervision and overall management of the CACMAT. The CACMAT Team Manager shall have previously worked as an SSM and shall be a subject matter expert in RAPIDS/DEERS/CAC policies and CACMAT inspection procedures.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee assessments of ID card facilities worldwide.
  • Ensure assessments follow Army and DoD policies/procedures.
  • Provide expertise on DEERS, RAPIDS, CAC, and Military ID Card operations.
  • Reporting and reviewing findings, recommending corrective actions, and preparing reports for senior leadership.
  • Coordination of scheduled assessments, manage travel, assign team members, and maintain documentation.
  • Work with government partners to resolve issues and improve program performance.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Possess good analytical and time management skills
  • Experience managing large-scale Government projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Speak, read, and comprehend English to the extent that they can read and understand printed regulations, detailed written orders, operating procedures, training instructions and materials and perform the duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Site Security Manager, including at least one year of managerial experience.
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in RAPIDS/DEERS/CAC policies, procedures, and requirements, as well as CACMAT inspection procedures.
  • Familiarity with applicable Government policies and procedures.
  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications, clearances, and access requirements, including SOFA requirements, if applicable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required in support of the contract. Travel will include randomly selecting and conducting 100-150 CACMAT site assessment visits annually.
