Here is what you will be doing each day: As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing the hotel's overnight front desk operations while providing exceptional service to our guests. You will warmly welcome guests, handle late-night check-ins and early check-outs, answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with guest requests promptly and professionally. You will process guest payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate billing records. An important part of your role will be reconciling the hotel's daily financial transactions, including room charges, cash payments, credit card payments, and other revenue. You will prepare and balance daily financial reports, audit front desk records, identify discrepancies, and make corrections when necessary. You will also manage reservations and room assignments, respond to overnight guest needs, and conduct routine property checks to help maintain a safe and secure environment. Before completing your shift, you will communicate important information and any outstanding matters to the morning team and hotel management. This position requires you to work independently during overnight hours and remain on your feet and mobile throughout the front office and hotel areas. Required Qualifications & Skills

You communicate clearly, remain calm when handling unexpected situations, and are comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities. Previous front desk or accounting experience is preferred. Familiarity with hotel property management and accounting systems is also helpful. You must be able to work overnight shifts independently and maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and additional hours when necessary. For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $26.67 per hour; for applicants who will be working in New York, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $26.67 per hour.
