Valiant is seeking a Mobilization Lead Specialist to assist the Mobilization Director with day-to-day deployment and operational tasks, handling a wide range of deployment and administrative duties, ensuring customer and stakeholder satisfaction. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Department Director with daily administrative and employee staffing tasks.
- Assisting in organizing, planning, and implementing department strategies and goals.
- Assisting the Mobilization department with day-to-day contract deployment preparations, ensuring personnel go through the deployment and Mobilization process on time.
- Assist with processing candidates' pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment to ensure they complete the security vetting process following the U.S CENTCOM CLIPSO process and Valiant security.
- Make phone calls, respond to emails and other inquiries, and maintain a superb customer service attitude.
- Create and save documents in the designated folder as required. Maintain confidential personal information.
- Attention to detail and professionalism in a fast-paced working environment are necessary.
- Managing priorities, time, schedule, and follow-up with the candidates is essential.
- Due to candidates located worldwide in different time zones, flexibility to work after hours and on weekends, as needed, to meet deadlines.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring security policies and procedures.
- Prepare to deploy personnel for security-related actions such as (CI, POLY, and ESP)
- Assist personnel with completing CI and SF86 packets.
- Schedule meetings with the personnel and conduct briefings to ensure understanding of the process and procedures.
- Flexible to assist the Mobilization Department with any other tasks related to the deployment and redeployment of personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Independent, self-managed, and results-focused. Strong in decision-making and problem-solving. Strong analytical focus to be able to identify the right information source.
- Strong staff and Management skills.
- Ability to address, communicate with the Government clients, customers, Vendors, and to address employee's complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
- The ideal candidate will have either prior military deployment experience, or DoD, DOS Contractor overseas Deployment, or similar educational experience.
- Experience in DoD Personal Security clearance, DoD contractor security clearance process, Counterintelligence and POLY Interview.
- Experience working with the DoD Contractor, and linguists preferred.
- Experience working on DoD Contractor Deployment System (SPOT LOAs, CAC ID, DISS, Equip, NBIS) preferred.
- Experience in implementing and developing training, briefings, and standard Procedures.
- Excellent physical fitness and resilience.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to sit for long periods of 8+ hours daily.
- Ability to work in stressful and challenging environments
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong Project Management skills or similar leadership skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.

- Bachelor's degree or 5+ Management skills.
- Active security clearance is required (Secret or Higher)
