PROGRAM COORDINATOR Southeast AIDS Education and Training Center (SE AETC) - North Carolina Partner SiteReporting Relationship: Reports to the SE AETC Program Director and collaborates closely with the Principal Investigator, faculty, clinical experts, fiscal partners, communications specialists, evaluators, and administrative staff.Work Location: Hybrid eligible, based on departmental and program needs.Travel: Regular travel throughout North Carolina with occasional regional travel. As the
Program Coordinator for the Southeast AIDS Education and Training Center (SE AETC) North Carolina Partner Site, you will play a vital role in advancing Duke's commitment to improving health outcomes through education, collaboration, and workforce development. You'll join a mission-driven team dedicated to strengthening the capacity of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality HIV prevention, treatment, and care services across North Carolina.
Whether you're coordinating statewide training programs, supporting healthcare providers, building partnerships, or helping learners gain new skills, your work will directly contribute to healthier communities and improved patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience One year of experience in program administration, academic support, instructional programming, counseling activities, or related work involving coordination of programs and events.
OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.

Working Conditions This position is primarily office based with hybrid work opportunities aligned with Duke policies and operational needs. Responsibilities include regular use of computers and virtual meeting technologies, coordination of training activities, interaction with internal and external stakeholders, occasional movement of event materials, and travel to partner and training locations across North Carolina.

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $45,661.00 to USD $73,140.00.
