Job Highlights
  • Set the global supply chain strategy and lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and customer service in partnership with senior leaders across manufacturing, commercial, product, and global planning functions.
  • Own delivery of enterprise performance commitments across service, inventory, working capital, cash flow, planning effectiveness, logistics cost, safety, and profitability.
  • Provide executive ownership of Integrated Business Planning, driving disciplined demand and supply planning, production scheduling, forecast accuracy, and order-to-cash performance.
  • Build a high-performing global organization by attracting, developing, and empowering senior talent while embedding clear accountability and standardized ways of working.
  • Establish robust supply chain risk governance and lead mitigation of capacity, raw material, manufacturing, labor, and force majeure exposures.
  • Shape long-range network, capacity, inventory, and production strategies that enable profitable growth, cost competitiveness, and cash optimization.
  • Influence enterprise decisions through scenario modeling, fact-based trade-off analysis, and clear recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Sponsor digital transformation across the supply chain, leveraging automation, analytics, and AI to strengthen agility, productivity, and decision quality.
  • Champion operational discipline and ensure full compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, safety, and local requirements.
  • Member of the global lubricants additives leadership team.
Experience / Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business, MBA or another relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive supply chain management experience in a leading organization, including significant leadership responsibility within complex, global supply chain and manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated command of end-to-end planning and execution, including Integrated Business Planning, demand and supply planning, production scheduling, inventory optimization, customer service, and network design.
  • Proven success improving service, working capital, cost, resilience, and organizational transformation capability at scale.
  • Strong experience in SAP-enabled manufacturing and planning environments; exposure to advanced planning platforms, analytics, automation, and AI is highly valued.
  • Track record of building high-performing, geographically dispersed teams and developing senior supply chain talent.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, analytical judgment, executive communication, and ability to influence senior leaders through fact-based recommendations.
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP, IBF, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification as benefit.
  • This is a HYBRID role with an on-site presence required.

Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
