Introduction to the job ASML is seeking an experienced technical project manager to play a key role in bringing critical modules from development into highvolume manufacturing. In this position, you will drive sourcing, industrialization, and manufacturing readiness in line with the EUV Source product roadmap. The role is part of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) within Supplier Collaboration & Quality (SC&Q) and represents the sourcing perspective in a crossfunctional Module Delivery Unit. SC&Q within ASML is responsible for ensuring that new parts and products are successfully introduced into the supply chain and scaled for reliable, costeffective production. Working closely with colleagues from Development & Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and our global supply chain partners, you will help translate product innovations into manufacturable solutions. This includes managing supply chain requirements, coordinating product introductions and phaseouts, handling complex parts and engineering changes, and ensuring material and infrastructure readiness throughout the product lifecycle. To be successful, you combine strong commercial insight with handson experience in supplier management and have a proven track record of leading suppliers from New Product Introduction (NPI) into stable highvolume manufacturing. Role and responsibilities As an MDU SS&P Delivery Leader you lead the sourcing and industrialization of modules from supplier selection through New Product Introduction (NPI) and into stable High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). You ensure suppliers are successfully contracted, industrialized, and ramped in line with ASML's QLTCS targets (Quality, Logistics, Technology, Cost, and Sustainability). You manage supply chain risks and requirements at Module Delivery Unit (MDU) level across the full product lifecycle, from feasibility and design through rampup, release for volume, and phasedown. The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: $0-0Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
